Blackboard vs. Moodle
This article is a comparison of user satisfaction with two learning management systems used at Humboldt State University and other colleges. They asked "Can free software satisfactorily meet the needs of students, faculty, and instructional technologists for online teaching and learning?" They surveyed students doing equivalent course hosted on Moodle and Blackboard.
